Venus Express E/PO Event Details

Event Name: Astrobiology Learning Institute for Instructors (ALI'I)
Event Description: The teacher workshop included teachers form mainland (10) and from Hawaii (5)from high schools and middle schools. Gave a presentation "Venus, Earth, Mars: Habitable Worlds?" followed by Venus Cloud Tracking Curriculum training in the afternoon. Clyde Koyabashigawa (Nie Valle Middle School, Honolulu) helped in going through the hands-on cloud tracking activity. Excellent response from teachers. They all said they will use it in the class-room. They loved the currilumun and the basic training.
